Health & AI notice

Understand the limits of scores, sleep estimates and AI advice.

A wellbeing tool

Unrotten supports reflection and everyday habits. It is not a medical device, a healthcare service or a treatment for addiction, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders or any other condition. It does not provide diagnosis, monitoring of a medical condition or emergency assistance.

What the numbers mean

MindBattery™ is Unrotten’s own indicator built from recorded app activity and recovery signals. It does not measure your brain, intelligence, mental health or biological energy. Habit levels describe recorded patterns, not your worth or discipline. Sleep quality and time-reclaimed figures are estimates shaped by available data and your settings. Missing or delayed data can change them.

AI and research

Coach responses are generated by AI and can be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate for your situation. Research summaries describe published studies and their limitations; an association does not prove cause and an average study result does not predict your own outcome. Use a qualified professional for individual health questions. Never delay care or change treatment because of an app score, research card or Coach reply.

Breathing comfortably

Practice only when it is safe to pause. Do not follow a breathing exercise while driving, operating equipment, swimming or doing anything that needs your full attention. Breathe gently, avoid forcing your breath and stop if you feel dizzy, uncomfortable or short of breath. Adapt or skip any phase that does not feel right. Ask a healthcare professional if you have a condition that may affect breathing exercises.

When you need urgent help

Unrotten and its support inbox are not monitored emergency services. If you may hurt yourself or someone else, feel unsafe, or have urgent symptoms, contact your local emergency service or an appropriate crisis service now. Speak to a trusted person nearby when possible.
